Do you offer classes online or only in Staten Island?
Both. Most workshops and certification prep cohorts run in our Staten Island classroom with a live virtual option. Corporate training can be delivered on-site at your location anywhere in the NYC metro area.
How do I enroll in a program?
Fill out the booking form below or call us at (347) 791-8038. We confirm your spot within one business day and send payment and schedule details by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfer for corporate accounts, and payment plans for multi-session packages over $500.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Individual sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $35 fee. Corporate contracts follow the terms in your service agreement.
Are your instructors certified?
Yes. All lead instructors hold relevant industry credentials and have a minimum of five years of professional experience in their subject area. Course outlines are available on request.
